bad news
we have a leak. looks expensive, huh? the plumber is under the house right now trying to determine how best to fix it. at this point the options are drilling under the concrete or pulling up the porch entirely.

Yikes, I hate having to fix house things. Especially right before Christmas.
Bummer. Owning a home can be a pain in the arse sometimes... but good in the long run!
