quiche
i decided that it would be a good idea to practice making some of the things that i might cook at these demarle shows. so tonight i made a crustless quiche and it was pretty stinkin good. i tried to take a picture of it's perfect doneness (lightly browned, done all the way through - i hate runny egg dishes) but the camera is pooping out. it will only stay on for about two minutes per charge. i guess it's time for new batteries. at any rate the quiche was a success.

Yum--I hate runny egg dishes, too. And now you have something you can bring to Julotta! I seem to remember that as quiche central.
