pretty darn hot.
it was hot here today. muggy hot. freaking hot. it's currently 12am and 81 degrees hot. so hot that for dinner we started with a popsicle picnic on the lawn, then moved inside for yogurt and ice. which we followed with ice cream. i'm going to have to work on shopping for some non sweet cold things.

That's the one difference between Louisiana & Oregon (okay, there might be more than one)--while we generally have hotter temperatures & higher humidity, at least it cools down (somewhat) at night. Oh, and we all have central air. To combat the "air you can wear".
You know what's good frozen? Fruit! Most grocery stores and Costco sell it in bags, so you can make smoothies or whatever.
That's a kid's dinner dream come true.
