ellen's new bed

some neighbors moved out yesterday and gave us some of the furniture they didn't want to take. this included a new twin size bed for ellen and a crib with a side that actually slides up and down(!!) for isaiah. so now we just need a new mattress, sheet set and pillow for ellen. free stuff can be kind of expensive. but it's a really nice bed and i do love free. gymboree seems to be paying off as ellen is now an avid climber. luckily we noticed and were able to spot her before she fell off or knocked the bed over. dave enjoyed a morning off and played play-doh with ellen. actually he played and she watched.
