we've put out a lot of the baby stuff for ellen to play with now, hoping that maybe she'll be sick of it by the time the baby wants it. she's been having a great time with this "thing" (what do you call it??? Kim, you probably know), kicking at the windchime and the hanging animals and wanting to cart it all over the house. she also begs anyone who is close by to come "sit, sit, sit" and play with her.
