we have a van!!! finally!!!! it looks (and feels) pretty massive - but technically it is a minivan. i really wanted one with dual sliding doors to make getting two kids in and out easier, but we decided to go with the "no monthly payment" option instead. :) it seem to work great so far (it's been about 24 hours). ellen is a bit nervous about the fact that we want her to walk around in it (so she can learn to get into her seat by herself) and i can't honestly say i enjoy red upholstery, but dave loves that look so there you go. Now we can fit two car seats in our vehicle and dave can quit borrowing (or renting) vans to do his fish services with. yay! yay!

Sweet! Red on red - that reminds me of Dave's old wagon. I think it needs some flames painted on it.
How's Dave's fish tank business going?
its going well - yesterday was his last day at the grill which means he can now focus more on the fish. I think he's planning to take a week or so to catch up on sleep and then dive into developing some brochures and portfolio type things. and develop his site. all that stuff in the garage is mostly for the one big account that he's had for a while - they're doing a major filter and fish upgrade. major upgrade. so that's pretty cool.
